woo hoo.. I might have to get this strain... should I prove well in this experiment That is the best pic I have seen of that... ok I have not seen many lol...
looks like it could get very windy thereI like the place that I circled in the pic below... what do you all think?
edit: it is the west Maui mountains
looking at it again.. I agree, just looked like some nice greenery. Was trying to tell from cloud formation and it looks like it is blowing in from the ocean...looks like it could get very windy there
Regardless of color, shouldn't she like ANY of the volcano enriched soil?Lot's of direct sunlight. South facing hillside. Near water so you don't have to haul water forever. Preferably a stream. Stagnant water will sometimes hold harmful bacteria... At least 6 hours of direct light but that would hardly do a sativa justice. In a perfect world you are looking for dirt that is DARK and is what some would call LOAM. Loam is full of goodies already, it drains well, but doesn't dry out in a matter of hours.
Looks good, but you can't be sure how much fog, if any might blow off the water in the mornings, and air temp coming off the water is something to think about as well.I like the place that I circled in the pic below... what do you all think?

Greenhouse? It does look like a nice spot Leaf, would anybody have any suggestions as a means of wind protection or should we move on to a different spot to check?
Late last night I received confirmation that our seed is on the way!!!! I choose The Attitudes guaranteed shipping so we wont have to worry about not getting her
Good thought, but wind tends to roll off hills and pick up speed, while bringing colder air with it.I think we should put the jilly in a valley as wide out in the open as possible. The hills will protect from excessive wind and she'll get plenty of sunlight.
