I recommend using controllers from Link4Corp, the iGrow controllers are very reliable, I've installed over 20 of them and not one issue, programming is a bit tricky, but not that bad.
Thats funny you mention that. I was thinking of using the new iponic 624 http://link4corp.com/624/ there is the link. Do you have any expierience with these controllers, maybe some advise on how to program? Thanks alot

No never heard of them before but i will look into it for sure. Have you ever used any of their products?
personally- no :cry: (Ph pen doesn't count :D)
but just like you I did tons of research on many aspects of the industry and found out that bluelab is very popular with very strong reviews.
Those of my friends who use it are very happy

*Edit* I have to agree that I never seen an Iponic either. At first glance, it looks promising.

So just a reference for a 50 gavita 1000 watt light room

• 34 4x8 trays with 3 gavita 1000 watt ballasts/lights over every 2 trays
• fully sealed CGE with enough AC to consistantly cool the room
• 6-9 150 can filter charcoal filters with 14" flange and inline fans. ventilation systems with enough cfm to circulate and scrub all the air in under an hour.
• 16 inch ocillating fan every 3 lights above and below light fixtures.
• fully automated co2 supplementation with 100 gallon propane tank and co2 generator
•Big 2500 gallon res and 1000 gallon fresh water mixing res. these feed the trays on a irrigation drip line system and RO system
•All trays are fed with the same two res' DTW style
•five gallon 12"12"12" square pots 32 plants per tray
•trays will be on tables equal height
•4"x4" netting over canopy to increase even foot print and hold up heavy buds

Environment Control
• iponic 642 dual growroom control
• 3 helio 17 24 light controls

Medium
•Coco/ perlite mix 3 to 2 ratio (3parts coco to 2 parts perlite) around 677 cf of this mix if my calculations are right
•coco mat (possibly) any opinions or knowledge would be helpful here

Nutrients
•Thinking of going with Botanicare KIND line up. plus the supplements that go with the coco recipe on their website

Pesticides
•azamax
• dyna grow protekt

Probly missed acouple things but im exhausted and need to go to sleep. Please look over what i put together and feel free to call me on anything you see that doesnt add up. I would love to hear from some people with exerience in this sort of grow. Thanks alot RIO community.

Now here is the set up that may be what you are looking for
10,000 square feet operation
2600 gallon RO tank that feeds 550-gallon reservoir in which they mix nutrients
75,000 watts
Energy bill tops $12,000 a month
lots of Dehumidifiers
ducted grow lights...2 layers of trellis work..lollipop...drip in rock wool cubes

A/C for your room depends on ceiling height and Insulation...you need either 2 five ton units or maybe 3 five ton units
and a lung room to control the co2 and store the nute tanks

Heres another set up using less start up budget...
This grower called me in to build from his plan,he leased a standard till up space in an Industrial Complex
It was about 40x70 feet
Front office,restroom and drive thru door,20 foot ceilings
We left a 8 foot space behind the drive thru door and left the office(this is where the grower lived)well his helper did.
The 400amp panel was located on the back wall
We split the building down the middle with wood framing and a 10 foot ceiling(drywall and white paint)
We put 20 lights in each room
Important part was a transfer switch to prevent power surge when changing lighting from room 1 to room 2
The power company hits you up with a sur charge if the meter sees the voltage spike.

The floors were covered with a bladder and the grower used 18 gallon rubbermaid planters(heavy training tie down method)
He fed with a 55 gallon nute tank,drip set up
We installed 3 mini splits in each room(3 ton each)
Man it was really bright in there!

How are you going to light up an 8x8 square (2 trays) with three lights? Anyway you arrange them there areas that arent getting enough light. Putting a triangle on a square will leave the corners dark and putting three in a row would be overlapping in the middle and dark on the edges.

3 gavitas per 2 trays. can you explain how that's going to work out? Azamax is a joke . And you'll need close to 1 16 inch fan per light.. Not every 3 lights. A floor fan every 3 lights sounds accurate. I am not a fan of drip lines for coco . I'd rather feed every couple days drain to waste.
unless you want to stink out the next city you need a can 150 per 6 lights.. So closer to 125 than 9 scrubbers . How much Ac? Is this supposed to be one flower room? I think most commercial growers would do multiple 60 light rooms or less. Personally I think anything over 30 lights in one room and you'll have problems keeping everything in the environment the same and perfect. Good luck

Forget the helios 17 light controllers, get a custom made loadcenter for the 50 Gavitas. Which ballasts are you getting, if you're not getting the ones that require the controller, get a 200A loadcenter/controller with a PLC to link/control everything from the CO2, AC, pumps, intake/exhaust, shutdowns, sensors, etc and link it to the Iponic 624, you need to modify the 624, the outlets switched should be wired to contactors. I can give you some pointers.
