Alright, Im just trying to get some general information because I feel like I'm missing something. Iv done some very basic research so far, and it looks like commercially growing marijuana (legally) is a gold mine. I understand it will cost a lot to start up, but after that the profits almost don't seem to make sense.
Going off multiple sources either by gram per watt, or gram per square foot.
Lets pick per square foot for arguments sake. Between 30 grams per square foot is on the lower side from what iv read. But even at that rate a 2500sq ft of growing space should yield 75000g or 165lbs. Harvesting just 4 times a year results in 660lbs. 660lbs at $1500 a lb is 990,000 a year.
Obviously there will be overhead, and paying employees, ect. ect. But that is a lot of income.
Again, I'm very very new to all of this so be nice. Just a young guy looking to make a good living in this world and if its by growing weed then I'm going to do it.
