Community colleges/Universities in California??

Hey Im a college student and Im sick and tired of hiding from the law.

I could easily get my MM card if I lived somewhere in Cali (Recent major back surgery, sleep issues, "anxiety").

I was just wondering what Universities/ Colleges are in Cali, They MUST be near the beach.

Open to any and all suggestions.

How long do you have to be a citizen in order to obtain the card?

Just trying to plan my future out. Ive always wanted to live in Cali at some point in my life and Ive realized that the best way to accomplish that is to do it while I have the Financial aid of my parents in order to go to school. Im currently enroled in a CC in a VERY strict state and would love to finish up my AA degree and move out to California.

im in the same boat as you..i was born in california. I go to a prestegious 4 year university and live inthe dorms on the eastern shore. Rules are extremely strict. Ive been evictedfrom residence halls because i smeel like weed everytime i walk past the front desk. my room has been searched over 12 times because of this. have found nothing while they search. it very annoying. I think imay apply to uuniversity of cali : montery bay ( county i was born in) they arent to competitve to get into and being out of state they wil like the extra money you woula have to pay. My plan is to go to california, continues my studies in botany, open a shop,

idk its pretty chill i think you need residency to get your card but talked to a friend and he got it without residency so it can be dont pretty quick schools are ok im going to cc cus school is expensive i live about an 1 hour from beach but there are school less than 10 mins away if you wnat to go to a uc idk about cal states but its cool here still gotta be carful

Sacramento bro! We got Sac State, Sac City, UC Davis 15 minutes away. Not exactly near the beach, but you're about 2 hours from the ocean one way, and 2 hours from tahoe and the ski resorts the other.

IF not, I always wanted to move down towards santa cruz and go to college.

Your plan is extremely similar to mine. Im on my second grow now(about to harvest) and I really think I have some talent, Botany seems really interesting to me now and I'd love to open up a MM facility!

Thanks a ton man Ill look into them. Ive surfed/skated/snowboarded, pretty much everything with a board since I was old enough and Cali is just screamin my name!
