Thank you for your friendly welcome.! This forum is an information overload! For a total newb I dont know where to start. This is my delema, if Im goimg to do something I want to do it right the first time. To do it any other way seams to be a waste of time to me. I understand there is some what of a lerning curv; trial and error, but I would like to eliminate any error if possible.
This will be my second run at a small grow, my first didnt go so well. I started with three plants, one turned male, and the last two i was able to achieve flowering. I think I way over pruned them for one, constantly changed the lighting; the time cycle that is, not to mention my light set up is pretty bunk. I have four 40 watt plant aquarium lights wide spectrum. The light ballasts Im using are for general lighting and do not acomadate ho t5. The highest I can go is a f40 t14. Any suggestions on the best tubes for my ballasts would be sweet!
Sooo, anyway, from what I gather the best thing to do is a consistant pattern of light good water, and good soil. Other then patience and good seeds, that prety much covers the gambit for a beginner? Any imput is welcome? Next, I dont exactly live in an area where this is exactly leagle yet. How do I come across good seeds without drawing attention?
