Ok so i am able to get a hold of some cured/screened compost of yard waste.Does anyone know what needs to be added and how much to make it a great growing mix?I plan on using 7 gallon phat sacks pots...

The compost i am using has a PH level of 7.8.
Total nitrogen 0.94%,Phosphorus 0.14%,and Potassium 0.32%.

If you mix that up at 1/3 compost, 1/3 peat moss, and 1/3 perlite (or pumice, or rice hulls), you'll have a great base. To this, you could add any number of different dry soil amendments (NPK sources), or skip the amendments feed with nutrient teas.

Try it out on some bagseed first at most only a month or so ..will tell you whether it good or not, but yes as Spice suggest ...amend and amend some more
