Compost tea newbie

Hey everyone I’m delving into the world of microbes and I had some questions for anyone that can help

I’ve made a compost tea using molasses, worm castings and OG BioWar roots and foliar packs. I’ve aerated for 2 days and I’ve now got the tea sealed up for storage.
My question now is- do I need to reactivate the tea before I use it for foliar spray and or root drench? Also how long will a properly stored tea last?

any advice is greatly appreciated

Check the 3rd sticky in the organic forum. It’s a whole thread all about teas.

I believe the tea is for immediate use and not really storable.

I've been making tea with comfrey and other "weeds" by letting them decompose in a 5 gal bucket of water for a few weeks. Then I take out about 3/4's of the liquid add maybe 2cups chicken manure and @ 1/2 cup of molasses fill the rest of the water and let that brew for @2 days ( the microbes will feed on the sugar) then I dilute that to make @ 15gal . I also floral fed with the same mixture. In flower I used seabird guano for the chicken manure. Very important to stir every day during the whole process.
