Compost tea questions

I'm just a little confused on how I apply the tea. Can I feed my bloom nutes right after or should teas be seperate from feedings?

5 gallons pre aerated.
2 cups of worm castings
2 table spoons of Molasses
1 cup of 4-4-4 organic ammendment
That dr earth has a few different things in it but essentially what I'm asking is I can use this as a feed correct? Like for some of my vegging plants
