Concerned about possible bud rot, any advice welcome..

I’ve made a bit of an error on this run and just need to try see it through the best I can.. This is in a 3x3 tent and I’ve got too many plants in there it seems. My next grow I’ll be flowering out of the tent so I shouldn’t have the same issue. I’m concerned that my buds are way to crowded and I might have some bud rot heading my way later, it’s a touch under 5 weeks since I flipped so there’s at least another three weeks to go. I’ve used garden twist ties to try and space the main colas out a bit better but there are many smaller ones just above the screen and it’s there that it’s looking pretty clogged. I defoliate a bit everyday. Should I consider removing some of the smaller nugs to improve airflow around the bigger colas? I’ve never had bud rot before but I’d rather be proactive in this case.. Any advice would be most appreciated to help me see out this grow..

As long as it doesn't get too hot, & too humid i don't see why you should be getting bud rot. Maybe defoliate a bit if you're concerned but otherwise i think you should be fine

I’ve got no a/c unfortunately, my room vents fresh air through this tent constantly. I have the two fans blowing over the canopy and an additional one situated beneath the canopy. Luckily the climate here is pretty temperate but Feb/March are the most humid months which isn’t in my favour. Are there any early signs that I should be looking for to indicate that things aren’t optimal?

Your perfectly fine. As long as humidity stays under 70. I have seen much fuller than that with no issues

I have a small dehumidifier I use when the humidity gets too high and I'm getting close to harvest.

Bud rot sucks. One day your buds look fine and the next you notice these brownish spots with wilted leaves. On closer examination you find the bud is a nasty gooey mess at those locations. If you ever find it don't be shy about cutting it away. That stuff is already spreading down the stem.
