Man, I've never seen a more chaotic growroom but I'm not really sure if all I see is actually supposed to be this way, so... so you have some LED without diffusor and keep them close to the plant - even underneath [!] and the T5 at maximum distance and the CFL bulbs throw like 80% of their light away from the plant.... 1000W of light but all your plants look light depraved, that's why they stretch like mad and have this lifeless hanging leaves. And there you say you only need minimum training....
maybe you can use your phone to measure lux intensity - try 50k at a plants leaf/bud surface for starters. All you need to do is to rearrange your lamps so the plants can make better usage of light. You need to concentrate ther light much better together and then get your plants into that. The t5 could be used for sidelighting for example. They need to be really close to a plant otherwise they dont do much...
Nevertheless the t5 & CFLs are rather weak and you cannot rely solely on them for making buds - they're only additionals.
