Concerning a Ebb & Flow table set up

yo , quick question just like that

on the ebb & flow table , exactly how would the piping work

id have a water tank holding my main water, then hose that goes into my table to flood it all , and then i would have my drainage that would go into another tank right ? then with that dirty water , i would filter it back into my main water tank right?

what kind of filter would i be looking for?

ive never used a filter,other than the one in the pump,there is really no need

think you can gimmie a insight on what kind of pump you using?

are you like, pumping water into your table, filters while going to table, then drain water back into your water tank ? just 1 tank ?

most all pumps have a filter that needs to be cleaned it is inside the pump,mine are like $10 each from Harbor Freight co. and yes just one tank
