If you are getting alot of condensation, you probably NEED more air exchange. Also, cover your window so no one can see your grow from outside. Last, i know I don't compare peoples window condensation. Sounds a lil' paranoid.

Its a consideration. I've heard of people getting caught in the North when all the other neighbors had snow on their rooftops except for the grow house. Of course, they were doing a huge set up, but nonetheless, any abnormalities YOU can see, means technically anybody can see too.

Condensation on your window is far from probable cause but I guess it could be a start. I'd be more concerned about the plants environment.

Well not too much you can do...more moisture in house than outside,higher temp inside too....I look at neighbors n all houses around...they all have same issue....the exception is newer homes with better windows...you are paranoid ...n that is not enough probable cause to do shit...keep looking around n you are many homes are the same n they all can't be growing.

I was watching one of those Alaskan law shows and they did bust someone for a grow op because of frozen condensation that had formed a huge icecicle that hung from just below the gutters all the way to the ground. All it takes is for a cop to notice something different and then start looking more closely and then they are kicking your door in if your shit doesnt look like your neighbors fix it so it does better safe than sorry...

Place a fan blowing across the windows. This should greatly reduce the condensation on the windows.
