I am looking into developing a space where I could grow larger plants and I came up with a pretty cool room design using 11,118w of LED power (39 lights total)... Only problem is, it will cost a fortune to set up!

Well I gotta thow down my $.02. Can we start betting on the weigh-out??? 
There aren't any huge 1000W style buds on there but there are TONS of budsites and these are small plants in a confined space and basically there is a 170W LED panel over every four plants so it's a completely different style of growing to a big show. The only similarity is that you have 6 x (170W 4 plant set-ups) so the TOTAL power is pushing 1000W. IMHO this is like running 24 small plants under 6x 250W HID lights. The determening factor is gonna be the grams per watt.
Personally this reminds me of the first grow I ever did. I didn't prune the plants and they were real bushy but I had tons of small, dense buds and although it didn't look like much it sure weighed out.
I think you'll see that result. Gonna be kind of a bitch to cut down but it will all add up.
I'm gonna predict 27 oz's

My guess for the weight is 29 zips. If you pull over 32 ill be shocked. If you rip over 36, I'll shave your nuts with my teeth.

Yep, hes got over twice as much space as my double 400 Watt HPS grow (800 watts of HPS). He has 14 feet by 3 feet by 4 feet. I have 5 feet by 3 feet by 3.5 feet. Care to explain how I am able to do it, but you can't?
My prediction will be 8 or 9 ounces of dried and cured bud.

Well based on the space you are talking about you must have plants less than a foot tall and the bulbs damn near on your closet/attic/crawlspace ceiling. With bulbs that get over 500C in that kind of proximity to something most likely combustible I now understand your avatar

I'm setting up a grow where i only use those little red pocket laser pointers, im going to get like 400 of them and point it right at the main cola, led is so last year... kidding 2011 joke, but seriously impressed i thought led wasn't even possible to flowere under(like cfl) or atlest crap if possible, i mean until the get cheap i'd never run one, but you have a good thing going. Kudos

way to go!!!!!!! I just want to say i really enjoyed your thread and how complete and well documented it was. I also grow with LED but on a much smaller scale. It was good to see you stuck with it throughout the entire grow. How abot a smoke report once it's dried and cured?

I will absolutely give you the low down on the final weight once it's dried and cured. As for the smoke report, it's awesome... I snipped a couple of buds for new years eve!!! My pal grew the exact same strain under HID and cropped out about a week ago, we did the comparison last night and the LED grown bud is much tastier and delivers more punch!
Oh, and it does smell pretty amazing in there
