Thanks fdd, but i still cant find anything about seeds, or is there no distinction? if so as long as i have 28.5 g or less of seeds i wont go to jail?

i'm pretty sure they equate seeds to plants. so 3 seeds = 3 plants(at any stage of growth). i remember seeing it in an interview with some DEA crony. i'll post the link when i can find it.
 
Im trying to find the web site i sall this on and will post if i find it.
It said that you could get arrested for having viable seeds.(its the same charge as getting busted with weed).
 
The only thing i ever had taken by customs was when i ordered switch blades from italy..I received a letter from them saying that they had my property and i had a period of time to dispute the seizure.
I know its not the same as seeds but they will send a letter to you if found.
 
looking foreword to my first grow, and i ordered some seeds from nirvana but when i check my mail yesterday i had one of them "sorry we missed you " orange papers asking me to come pick it up at the post office. now I'm pretty scared! now armed with the info that seeds = plants im not sure what to do hehe rookie mistake i guess.
 
Man i was worried about that, and that is why i did not get the registered option. (you have to sign for it) I dont think you will have a prob. I dont think they would set up a sting operation just for your seeds...If they found them they would of not made it that far...

I'm still scared but i don't see that i have much choice "I'm in to deep" you could say now :) . just hope i don't freak out when talking to the employ at the post office
 
Just go in there like its a everyday thing. I do understand i would prob be a little nervious as well but i think it will be OK.
 
Yeah i seen that one but it is about Canadian laws which are lest strick than US laws...Im looking for the article i was talking about. (it is the code for the US concerning drug laws)
 
I was caught in NJ one year as a teen, with one seed in my pocket, and got possession of >20grams, which in NJ is minimum possession charge. But it was one seed, and it wasn't growing in my pocket either.
