Confused but not dazed <yet>

Moved here from Alabama few months back. I get conflicting info from sooooo many growers. Oregon site left me with many questions, such as I have 17 acres. I am leasing to a grower, now that I have my MM card may I grow my own medicine on the same property? Any information would be appreciated. Any links to the laws/rules/regulations of a grower vs patient?
ya'll keep on with the great info for those of us in need. Thanks

i believe up to 4 people may grow on one property. i could be wrong.

but definitely, you and your friend can both grow there, just have to have it listed as the grow site on the paperwork.

I agree! Welcome to Oregon, man! The laws here can be confusing, even for those of us that passed them....haha. Good luck with your grow, you are going to love the northwest! Good choice, man!

I have never been so pissed off at the weather before this spring/summer, it's been shit so far! I put a warped clone of mine outside a couple of days ago and haven't checked on her yet, hoping she's at least enjoying the best water out there!

you can have 4 per grower, and you can have up to as many growers in the house as you want. so lets say you have 4 growers on the property and all 4 have 4 cards so now that is 16 cards witch is a whole lot of plants but is legal. i dont know if you would want to do something this big as it always draws unwanted attention and probs, but it is leagal

Most people go with a MAX of 4 growers with 4 cards in that situation....it allows them to stay under 99 plants, and stay in better shape with Federal Law.

thanks for all the info. I moved here to be with family. I am retired, female and an old tired hippie. My neph has been a grower here for 3 years and i moved out and bouth property. we both have a house on the property and i am sure it will work out. i have a seperatre plot of 5 acres that will also have a seperate addess. i do want to get involved with the politics of the "small" grower and find any organizations, groups etc that support our efforts in supplying medicine.

i lived in the country when i lived in bama and i though i was moving to the country here but nooooo i moved to the WILDERNESS. it is so awsome to be able to grow my meds legally and it is so much fun. i have dreamed of this since my mother earth and high times days back in the late 60's early 70's so dream on folks Dreams do come true

i live in south al in the country but i was amazed at the mountains in washington st when my guard unit went to yakima to train. i always wonder how much better i could grow if i could plant without fear, so i could see the plants full potential
