Confused with watering.

Hello guys
So its m 3rd grow and I still think I havent grasped the watering thing.
So. I think that I overwatered my autos again this time.
They are 17 days old with normal growth in half gallon pot on soil
Last watering I have them 100 ml each. How can 100 ml be that much for a half gallon? Its just 100 ml....And now Im getting the signs of overwatering...
I dont have camera to post pics...But u know...They Look kinda heavy with that kinda droppy leaves...
It was just 100 ml.... ffs

How often are you watering?
When i used to grow in soil i watered about 60ml whenever it felt dry and plants loved it.

I got a tip for ya. Can u sit them on a paper towel wick it out and speed up the drying. If the towel or rag is completely soaked it was water logged. 100ml shouldn't do b a issue any fans around the floor atea?

Hello. I water only when I put my half finger on soil and its almost dry. Thats about every 3 days.
60 ml in which stage? Seedlings or 2-3 weeks old?

I just water when I my half finger inside and its almost dry.
Yes I have a little fan blowing on thes.

During the first week or two, then 120ml and up.
It’s hard to tell without a picture, do you have enough drainage holes?
