I don't want anyone to "do violence" on my behalf. First, the thugs never asked me. If they had, I'd have said, stop killing babies and raping women please".

Second if any of these "rough men" had any modicum of actual gonads they would have the courage to realize and admit they aren't "protecting" anyone, they are participating in the enslavement of people and proving that they are stooges in a giant protection racket for their masters.

Smedley Butler nailed it when he finally figured out he'd been used In case you don't know your military history, he was a decorated General, who DID finally admit he'd been duped.

I wonder what the dudes that prompted him to say that went on to do and what their impact is on modern political discourse. Buncha rich dudes wanting to run shit that were mad at the new deal and the associated tax increases, can't see them just going away. Seems those folks may still be around.
