Considering three 1000 watt lights , how much could I harvest ?whats average?

I'm game to throw a guess. I would say once you ultimately figure out what you are doing, 5-7 lbs should be what you are shooting for per harvest for efficient use of that level of wattage use. If you can only scrape 3-4 out of it, I think whatever you were lacking would be very obvious once you see how everything works, and would be easy to build upon next run.

Would I be better off using the scrog method or sog or what?

I thing scrog is the best way but I obviously want the largest yeild

Is that wet or dry?

calculate it by grams per watt.. .30g per wattt (low)
.50g per watt (med) average
.75g per watt ( high)
1.g per watt (MASTER)
THEY RECOMMEND 50 WATTS PER SQF TO BE OPTIMAL SO DO THE MATH .. p.s dont forget your co2 to take your grow into overdrive..... hope this helps

If you have never grown then I would only get 1 1,000 watt light to start but prep the room for 3 lights. Your going to do shitty for first few grows. Everyone thinks their going to get huge numbers but usually its an epic fail. Its actually pretty hard to do.Also , don't go and buy 100 diff bottles of nutrients like I did the first time . If your new to this , realistically I would say you would get about an ounce a plant if you vegged them for four weeks.. Thats a realistic amount on a quality strain. If you did something like Big bud , or a Skunk maybe an afghan you will get more but a lot of people don't really care for those strains.
