Container Size for Outdoor Grows?

If you use a garbage bag the food and water stays within that bag so the plant is the only one getting fed vs the other where you are just feeding everything within reach of the water and the bag would also retain water better than without

You can dig but I would get the biggest bags you can and if you want a 12 foot plant you will need more than 5 gallons to promote growth properly

But thats just me

well a garbage bag can support a plant if you fill it with soil lol i wont make it so loose that it will fall. but im only wondeirng if i should use it until i can put it in a container or just put it in the ground thats all. but like mygirls said the black will absorb heat making it dry out quicker so im gonna try and get white ones if possible. but it will only be temporary. i will finish in either a container or in the ground.

another thing you can to is dig a hole the size of a 5 gallon bucket, line the hole with your bag, poke holes in the bottom of the bag , then fill andplant. now your done and the plastic will keep the the roots containd so you won't have to worry about a tall plant..
