converting a shed to a grow room

I have a studio with a lean to room on the back. my current grow is in my closet of the studio. The lean to is a 22 by 9 room with a sloping 8 foot to 7 foot ceiling. the walls and ceiling are insulated with r11 insulation. the floor is unfinished concrete. there are no windows and only one door. there is electricity ran to the room and the well is in the front of the rooom. The breaker box is in the studio and one breaker spot is still open on a small breaker box.
It would be relatively easy to ran water and electric to the room. i know i need to either cover the floor with plastic or water tight paint.
The walls are sheet rock and could be easily either painted with enamel paint pr covered with foil sheeting. There is already a wired up hot water heater in the room.
I can build a wall and put in a door.
Im thinking a window shaker ac unit to cool and dehydrate the room. i live in the country and am legal but will probably put in a carbon filter and fan anyway.
after i paintthe floor or put down plastic and a treated wood floor, cover the walls with foil and set up a sink and drain, install a window unit, and put in a space heater i will need lights. i dont want anything that will have to have a lot of head room, and dont want a lot of excess heat. Some will be acceptable since i grow more in the winter but dont need a lot of heat in there in the summer if i do grow.
im thinking t5s for cloning and maybe an LED for vegging.
do i need to plan a floor drain also? that will involve raising the floor and limiting my head space even farther. if i just put in a sink, i can put the vanity up against the wall and run the drain outside.
What kind of electrical requirement will i need for 8 lamp t5 and a medium LED lamp, say maybe a four by four foot print?

Bare concrete floor would be fine....what is your grow medium going to be? And how big of a grow are you thinking about?

it might be best to do the soil mixing etc in my shop away from this operation?
At some point i want to grow outdoors with organic soil unfortunately with my current neighbors i do not feel comfortable doing that.

The drain question is dependent on how your growing. Drains are nice, but not necessary. I am converting a shed to a grow room as well and plan to add a drain in the future but there is no rush. I plan to have my water res outside the shed and a container under my plants filled with growstones to capture any water overflows (should it happen).

Your going to want to add up the power usage of the equipment you want to use and figure out if you can put it on a single breaker. Not recommended to have everything on the same breaker, but if you must, make sure the wire is the correct size throughout your grow space to carry whatever amperage you need. Also make sure your not completely maxing out the circuit.

An led and floro lamp are not going to use terribly much but when you add the ac, fans, monitors, and anything else misc. you plan to have in the room, it can add up to easily use up a single 15 or 20 amp circuit.

sorry i wasnt clear, theres one plug already in the room that will be inside that wall and one on the other side. then the hotwater heater is already wired up and there isa light in the ceiling..so thinking what to do for lights, and fans and a window shaker, and space heater. obviously wont use space heater and ac at same time but might needa dehumidifier in winter?

also the floor is at ground level and probably not sealed. so i need to do termite check and put sealant. will need to add a switch for the light
