cooling helping

my grow box is a steady 90F when the lights are on, i have 2 small fans thats circulates and exhaust the air but it's not enuff

im looking at someone to cool it down...

i dont know how cool these things are but just asking if any of you guys have one

well thats just a oscillating fan, nothing special.

what kind of lights/hood are you using?

just a 150w hps... buts in a small space, 2x2x3

im just curious if this blows cold air or just air in the room

just the same air thats already in there.

do you have a hood?
does it have ventilation holes in it?
if so you can cover one side with duct tape or aluminum foil and either push air onto the bulb or pull hot air from it. make sense?

You have to move some air. I get 4 computer fans mount all 4 either on top (roof) or the side at the top. Suck the hot air out through like size holes on the side bottom (2 each bottom side). If that does not work you will need an air cooled hood of go CFL/T5 HO.

im looking for a cheaper solution... and pointing the fans right at the bulb isnt work out that great either

Search for Fan Trays, they are used in computer racks to move air. Mont one on the roof of your cabinet and suck air in from holes in the bottom. I got this off ebay for $55.

I have just ordered 4 of these for my closet which is 8x7x4.

If you are in the states google the make and model of the fan. this has a 98CFM rating.

keep it close to the bulb but point it away. like exiting the area.
