Cooling in a small cabinet with CFLs

Alright i have a smaller grow cabinet going right now as this is my first grow and i am just trying things out. I have no expectations or goals of getting OZs off this.

cabinet internally is about 16 wide 16 deep and 38 tall. i know its small so don't give me answers like this isn't worth it and that junk.

i have it wired with 11 26w CFLs i have 4 sprouts of 5 seeds up right now. 2 Big Bud and 3 Blue Mystic 2 of each have sprouted.

i only have 6 of the CFLs on and i have a 4" inline fan thats outside of the box connected with ducting and blowing out thru a homemade kittylitter filter. and a 4" fan from radio shack and a 80mm PC fan blowing in there.

temps are still around 87-95 with 19% humidity and the soil drys out super fast. (in red plastic keg cups that are cut down so not much soil to hold water as of now.)

just wondering what the best way to vent this cab is.

i have an intake on the bottom but no fan on it and the exhaust as at the top by the lights.

i've tried both internal fans pointed at the lights... still hot. right now i have the 4" radioshack fan at the lights the 80mm in the exhaust hole and about 10-12" out the ducting is a inline duct booster fan. its super loud already so i'm looking for advice to get more production outta my fans.

external temp is 60* F its in my unfinished basement.

wow thats really long... sorry and i appreciate anyone to take the time to help me out.

blaze one... and help me out

The 11 cfls will get real hot. I know because I had 12 in my closet and the temputare was around the same as yours, even with 3 fans for ventilation. Recently I built a stealth cab that is a about as big as yours and I am using 6 CFL's. With (2) 4 inch PC fans [One for intake and one for exauhst] The temps range from 75-84 [outside temp 70-80]. Also, you should look into SCROG or SOG growing because it might be the best way to grow in your cab.

I hope this helps
