cooling problems!

ok so its about 40 degrees outside and my grow space is already reaching 80+ F. I havent set up my 4inch inline vortex fan + scrubber because they are loud. I had a test run with the 400w mh w/o any ventilation and the room got to 115F. The grow room is an attic so i expect to come up with a solution that will help till my harvest. I have LSD beans that are a week old. Ill get a pic up later but most of them are doing good while some show slight signs of droopyness from heat stress/overwatering.
my height is only 4 feet which is why i may make a cool tube or get a mini fridge/ac with many fans on the plants. BTW i plan on lsting the plants for 2-3 weeks longer then i will begin flowering. I'm trying to avoid ny heat, by completing early. Any suggestions on how i can takle my heat problem would be appretiated.

i do have an idea which involves haveing an intake and exhast leading to opposite ends of the roof, but that is a lot of work and i would much prefer using a fridge or small quiet ac its gotta be a quiet fix. I'v also been dealing with temp fluctuations so the ac or fridge would be very helpful.

Dont know what your budget is, but you may want to check into Hydro Innovations Ice Box. It will require a water chiller, which are no louder than your fan. If you can chill your water low enough, it can even air condition your room.

I am going through the same problems that you are. I already have my chiller (check Craigslist and Ebay), and just ordered a 6 inch Ice Box today.
