Cop murderer believes in gun control

Obviously he's gone crazy.......... but I've also found most cops have a screw loose anyway.

sadly but not unexpectedly, a great many cops nationwide either believe in strict gun control, or insist that guns be kept out of the hands of "unqualified civilians" but be unrestricted for "lawer infursement profeshunalz"

most cops arent total assholes with terminal penis envy and a napoleon complex, but enough of them are to really fuck up their numbers.

only the worst cops hold the opinion that cops are special magical beings endowed by their uniforms with powers beyond mortal ken. for an example check out tom sullivan, nationally syndicated radio host, former cop, and all around dick.
or even worse, former sacramento sheriff, now radio buffoon john mcguinnes.

both these clows present themselves as experts on firearms, firearms law, the constitution (which both swore to uphold but neither has apparently ever read) and make the case for banning magazines over ten rounds so "cops arent outgunned"

DUHHHHHHH cops are immune to the magazine size restrictions. cops in sacramento have M16's in the trunk of their car, and thats FULLY AUTOMATIC ASSAULT RIFLES, not some shit any asshole over 18 can buy in a sporting goods store.

so yeah, most cops arent dumb ignorant assholes, but the ones who get a microphone invariably are.

except the LAPD, those fucks are about 80% assholes. the LAPD is where the jetsam from every police academy in amerca washes ashore

As usual their arguement is based on nothing, the idea that only people with shiny badges are capable of handling a simple tool that has been around for centuries. In reality, anyone that has had experience with firearms is just as capable. Why wouldn’t their legislation exclude veterans who have received probably superior weapons training than the police? Because they support a power monopoly with the state. Their argument is inconsistent with their intended consequence. They supposedly want to reduce deaths by gun violence, but neglect that most violence is derived from the state, which for some reason is immune to their restrictions. Once again, no current or proposed regulation would have prevented this tool of the state from doing these shootings.

Fascism is what we have now, supported by your economic interventionist policies and the illusion that our legislators have our interest at heart and not their personal political or financial gains you naive pretend libertarian. So true, the sad part.. I know many that far out-shoot the officer requirements for Texas, and quite a few other states.. from Texas Administrative Code reference:

The minimum passing percentage shall be 70 for each firearm.

Awesome to know that someone who's going to be protecting the populace can hit an innocent target 3 of 10 times, or completely miss and send bullets flying in all sorts of jacked trajectories.. and that's 'passing'. I guess all you have to do is pass, then you get 3 free shots at civilians in Texas. As for magazines bigger than 10 rounds being outlawed... if the LEO in question misses 3 out of 10, and they factor an untrained civilian to hit 50% (at best).. 20% difference between someone 'untrained' and a cop, who should be able to shoot and hit their target without having to use multiple rounds? 20% could easily be mitigated by the 'untrained civilian' if there was a shoot-out, with proper use of concealment/cover... that'd mean dead officer. Now that my rambling is done, will summarize my thoughts in 1 statement. Force 100% accuracy so there's less casualties, and spend more time at the range and training, and less time trying to instruct civilians how to shoot when quite a few more can way out-shoot the 70% (specific to Texas, just so happens that Michigan state police are forced 100% to pass)

Yes, for his name...which is now shit on toast.. Good job.

So, the time line is interesting. He just found a few days ago that, not only does he not get his security clearance back, re-instated to Command at Fallon, he is cashiered, DDed, from the Navy Reserves, the last straw.

Now he has either already killed himself as the induced psychosis of the stressor wore off; or he is the real deal on a mission of death. As understand a little about it, a serial killer is one for who the psychosis never stops. He says he is willingly taking the mantle of Cop Killer.

LA basin hosts a few serial killers already. I hope it's not one more. LAPD is already on the phreaky edge.

This guy re-defines racially touchy. I am sure he saw hell on the streets of LA and it seem like the "kicker" who won't admit it is a favored female officer. And it all happened back in 2009. Whew. That is worrisome. He may be holding a grudge.

I'm an anarchist. I don't argue pro gov't. However, since you mention confusion, your "free-market" philosophy requires a state to protect property. That makes you the statist.

People can protect their own private property as long as we don't have a bunch of mindless weirdos trying to restrict our right to do so.
