next time they're there, just call 5-0 and say they're shooting guns in the air, but make sure you watch the cops swarm in with guns drawn...watch how it unfolds...if they really are unders then more then likely the cops won't arrest them, won't search their car or anything...

Take pics of them and make sure they see you do it. Use your flash and be very obvious about it. I live in a bad neighborhood and I do this all the time to the people making drug deals in front of my house since the police wont do anything about all the coke/crack dealing. It makes them move along in a hurry. I have only had one person get mad at me so far and I have an ar15 here for him if he wants to play. Most of the time they just take off and dont come back.

The local police can get a warrant in 24-48 hours very easily and do it all the time.
I dont believe local police perform to many stake outs like this...seems like a few sloppy PI's or something. Police will usually get a warrant (very easy to do) and come straight to your front door. They bullshit on warrants alot and the judges that sign them dont give a shit. Do you really thin ka judge is going to refuse to sign a warrant? Dont be afraid to ask them whats going on, if anything it will make you seem less suspicious if they are indeed watching you. I suggest you use the camera idea its a really good one. Let us know whats going on!!!!
