cops listening on my phone..?

i got in alot of trouble a couple weeks ago and had to go to the sheriff court for a wreckless driving and it end up being worse they put me on house arrest for 1 1/2 month of house arrest they gave me a ankle monitor and stuff..what fucked me over was my phone. i have a iphone and they have a program called epocrates on it and its like a pill book finder and they looked on the history and it showed pics of oc's and so on.. and i had a pw on my phone and forgot to turn my lock on and they took it and i really wasnt expecting them to look through my phone for a wreckless driving and they took it and took it back up to the judge for almost 30-40 min then came and gave it to me saying the da will call me in a couple days so now iv been paranoid about making calls of cell and house...i have been on house arrest since oct 31 and i get off dec 15 and i was thinking about growing some plants and i talked about it on the phone with 1 friend and after i got paranoid thinking they know im going to grow and will wait and bust me or something in a couple months and not tell me about it..im thinking about not growing until i get off but they will bust me after i get off or something or should i call a friend and tell him i have like 50 plants that are done growing and see if they come to my house? sorry this is long.

Did they tell you that they will be monitoring or calls or activity? I think it's illegal unless they tell you before hand.

no they didnt tell me anything? my counselor told me it would cost them to much money but im still paranoid?

i don't think local police do much phone tapping... now if you ever get involved with the Federal government, they eat, drink and shite phone taps. Plenty of Feds with nothing to do but switch back and forth and listen to conversations on various tapped lines.

lol, from what ive heard, after about 3 minutes of them listening in they have to stop listening if its a ligit phone call, like talkin to your brother about your dog or something stupid like that. but then again i could be wrong. so be careful on what you say. and esp who you say it to

change sim dont keep pics on comp or phone delete browsing history this will keep the local under baybut not the feds but what the fuck do the feds want with you lol get a dirty 7 11 phone if you want to talk bullshit

Yo.. First of all.. number one rule of growing my friend... Never do it if you are already facing charges for something or are involved with the cops for anything... it just makes it a LOT more bait.

As far as them listening to your conversations, they need to tell you before hand... because if they ever do decide to use the evidence against you, you have the right to say... Who the FUCK allowed you to tap my phone

Be safe man... and prolong the growing if you can... not worth getting caught dude, specially after a month of house arrest.

You're on house arrest and you're contemplating growing? Just doesn't sound very smart to me. You have no business growing as long as you have the cloud of police hovering above you. Acting the fool is what got you popped in the first place, right? Why invite more trouble now?

He's right don't risk it, you might end up in more trouble and a waste of some good plants. Unless you got your medical license then i wouldn't worry about it. And if you don't it can be a hefty fine.
