Cops+Plants=????

i was up on my roof today feeding my plants and i started to wonder what if the cops showed up and busted me with 3 petty ass plants?!?!?
yeah i know its illegal to grow cannabis but what if you fought it in court and told the judge they were male plants and they did not grow bud which is needed to get high and or sell or whatever the fuck the pigs want to charge you with...can you win the case?!?!?
just wondering??

LOL... Sorry friend, but regardless of weather the plant is male, female, hell even if it's nebraskan NO-HIGH, ur gonna catch a charge for it in the states lest u got a permit, med-card, etc...

my hunan smokes the male leaves plus he makes hash from male plants.

some male plants have thc levels as high as females if you know when. And thays just as the pollen gets releasted.

The judge also knows this. Weather or not you put a value on them all other cops and judges beliave this to be true so you will lose.

just don't get caught.

you grow on your roof? not much cover for helicopters and seems like your neighbors might notice something

ya growing outdoors is south florida isnt the best idea!!!

When i was about 16 I grew on a neighbors roof. No one could get up there without climbing a big ass tree and it was 2 levels up. Grew em in between some branches laying on the roof and worked out pretty good

great story grandpa LOL ya we all did alot of crazy stuff as kids, i would personally invest in a light and keep your plants safe!!! its gonna be damn hot on a roof in south florida in a few months

that i know...my soil is drying up faster than what i fill it up..
i had it indoors but to much $$$ for having the lights on 18 hours a day

cfls have come along way man, and i also have found that since i started my room, i am WAAAAAAAY more conscience about the rest of the electricity i use, my bill went up only 40 a month and i have 5 cfl fixtures going on veg tray and a 400 watt hps on flower and fans and exhaust
