cops??

so i go outside to check on the yard i walk around by hydro meter and i note that the connduet going into the house has beed pulled off the house so you can see the wires going inside ( hydo bypass inspection in the middle of the night ) WTF. so i call the hydro. they will be right out. 1/2 hr gos by here they come i go out to meet them, i show the guy's and they both just looked at each other as if they knew what has happened and says that going to cost me 120$ for a permit to fix it WTF your here now fix it. WHAT NOT YOUR FUCKING JOB yup that your/my equiptment the home owner...8 year i been hear

I highly doubt that was cops that pulled the conduit from the house. When trying to bypass the meter you splice in before the meter, not after.
