Durham police allowed Const. Phil Edgar to co-own an unlicensed medical weed shop. He’s left the company, but is weighing whether to remain an officer or jump back into the pot business.

Would this not be a precident for anyone to open a dispensary with the same rules and not be arrested. Just cite this article?

No a judge would need to rule in favor of the cop opening a dispensery if charges were laid.

I just been told a few hours ago that a few large (MMAR) grows where visited by the RCMP and dismantled. Apparently they were covered by the injunction. I'll know more info next week,

The new medical marijuana regulations are just a smoke screen.
I know you do not have info, but I would be interested to know if they were over their plant count? Any code violations?
