Correct the ph

If iv started my plants off in soil thats the wrong ph can I correct it as the plants is growing

I wouldn't worry about it yet. Fresh soil is usually pretty neutral to slightly acidic anyway. You could put a little milk of magnesia mixed in water through it if you want to keep it fairly neutral. It's just magnesium hydroxide. If it's safe to drink, how bad could it be for plants? Just don't put a crapload through, you know, just a little, like 1 ml in a liter, something like that.
