Cost for a Grow Room...plz help

iam planing on makeing a grow room
i already have a room about 10x10
i want 50 plants in the grow room
how many lights and what watt should i use?
also how much do you think that i should have saved to pay for every thing i need.

with auto watering set with timers ect.....

i would go with $2000 or $3000 ..... that should cover everything just matters how much you buy and how much you DIY.
