Could anyone tell me how old these are?

I was gifted these 2 plants (they were both in the same pot), I repotted them using compost and haven’t given them anything other than rain water so far.
I’ve never grown before so atm I have them on a window sill and they have doubled in size in the 2 weeks I’ve had them. Not even sure if they are female or male
Any advice or tips would be gratefully received

If you grow on a windowsill you are guaranteed stretched and spindly plants........they need direct sunlight.

Not much of that where I am atm lol
