Could Cold Temperatures Be Causing My Seeds to Not Sprout?

A week ago I planted my seeds in a grow tent located in the garage, it gets to -2C in the garage at night, but the 600W MH bulb heats the tent up to 14C. 1 seedling had risen a few days ago, but it's not growing anymore, the other 4 pots don't have any plants coming out. Could this be due to the cold?

Could the plants tolerate the cold if I bring them in the house to sprout at normal room temperature under fluorescent lights, grow them to a certain point, then put them back in the cold tent?

Thanks for any help! This is the fourth grow I've done, the other 3 FAILED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You are a funny man arnt you? The tent is -2 and warms right up to 14 deg ! Yes bro it is the cold seedlings like about 24-26 for germination and growth. Where are you gonna grow them once sprouted? Get a wooden box with a loose cover ,cfl and heat mats for the seedlings, as for vegging not sure what your going to do.

Could you germinate in a polythene tube? my grow light came in one and its the perfect size for my sprouting pots (i'm germinating in soil)
Thinking it will be warm and very dark? and i could easily open it to check on them? (sorry to thread jack lmao)
