Could you suggest a feeding plan starting at week 3 with FF nutes?

I'm at a crucial time in my grow. I am starting day 18 with plans to start my nutrients on day 19 and transplant soon after that. The nutrients I have are the Fox Farm trio. The feeding schedule they give you starts on week 1 and goes for a 12 week grow. I wont be giving the nutes until the start of week 3. I have to figure out a feeding schedule taking into account transplanting and switching to 12/12. I'm looking for a very conservative nutrient dose for this first grow, maybe 1/4 strength.
I can easily cut the strength, my problem is figuring out a formula using FF's chart. I assume just starting the dose they recommend for week 3 would be harmful since, in week 1, FF says to give only BB from seedling until week 2 then in week 2 both BB and GB are used. Week 3 Is the same but GB is increased slightly. Would you start off giving both BB (1/4 strength) and GB (1/8) or just the BB?
After seeing the pictures of my plants and an outline of my feeding routine, could someone suggest a feeding plan including when they would transplant and also when to start my 12/12 cycle. My girls are in your hands.
Below is the Fox Farm feeding schedule for soil. I water next on day 19 of the grow. I have Big Bloom, Grow Big and Tiger Bloom for nutrients and I'm using distilled water. Thanks in advance

After killing many clones with the various, too much feeding schedules of commercial nutes, I follow this for more common sense.

Over feeding will cause lockout and lockout looks like no feeding at all, but various problems to go crazy about.

seedlings = 50-150 ppm;
unrooted clones = 100-350 ppm;
small plants = 400-800 ppm;
large plants = 900-1800 ppm;
last week of flowering = taper off to 1/4 strength.

So, to me it is all about the size of the organism as to how much food it needs, right? But, it is also true there is a wide variable for each individual. I go low with the food and augment with sprays. It is what will work for you and there is no magic formula as they suggest.

What is a large plant to you? To me that is a plant that is at least 5' tall and bushy, like 5' wide, also.

Don't worry, this is the main problem to solve for you. A simple 1/4 strength might not be enough, but if you look at the PPM guidelines I show, and compare to the label recommendations, you can get an idea of how much will give you YOUR target PPM.

That is what is meaningful, for you, in your situation.

Right Dan. The reason I held off on any nutrients was because of the FFOF soil already having them. I'm at day 19 tomorrow, watering day, and I'm thinking they are ready, just what to give is my problem. I will be transplanting into the 4 gallon pots (using FFOF soil) soon, but on a day where I only use water for feed.

I can but noone will like my answer so im hesitant to offer it. Monitor ur ppm n ul have ur answer. If ur plants ppm rises its being overfed, if its dropping its hungry n needs food. Nobody can answer this due to environmental factors.

^^ Any updates on your grow schedule? (I've been lurking with out an account) This schedule seems to make a lot of sense to me and I have started using something along these lines. Basically extended the day 19 for over a week to see how the plants reacted first (This is only my second grow) I am literally on day 24 today of veg.

This forum has damn good information. Thank you for contributing
