couple of questions

ok so i been reading ALOT on this site for the past 2 weeks
im prolly on it about 5 hours avg a day
theres a couple of questions i havent found the answer to yet
is there a ratio of wattage of lights per plant?
and is it different for cfl and hps?
do different lights work better for different grow meduims?
(ex. hps and hydro work better together and soil and cfl's?)
my last grow was destroyed when my dad found it so im
trying to create a new stealth grow
my dad is out of the country until nov 24th
and my seeds are already germinating
i have a small cabinet about 2.5W x 1L x 3H
and i was thinking of getting some cfl's and a 150w hps
i can prolly fit 6-8 plants in my cabinet
so how many lights should i use?
any advice will be appreciated

im using bagseed from pretty trashy bud so i dont expect much
this is a practice run befor i invest any real money into it

If your gonna grow six plants then u atleast want a 4oow metal halide for veg and HPS for flower. From what i have seen & heard, MH & HPS are the best lights and CFL are the next best cheapest way to go.

good rule of thumb is 40-65 watts per square foot of grow space.if you can keep it in this range it can make the difference between growing nugs or growing popcorn.i dont know about the rest of you but i like my nugs better than i like popcorn

3 ft. high? Is that tall enough?

Hmm... Just wondering 'cause I just started a grow, and I'm afraid that my 250w MH will burn my plants when they get taller. My growroom is 5 ft. tall... well 5 1/2 ft

i was close just got how deep it was wrong
its 2.5W x 2L x 3T

if i veg for 1 foot or about 7 nodes around 3ft tall shouldnt really be a problem i think
but then agian im pretty noob

Are you gonna flower in that space too? I'm not sure if 6 plants will fit. I'd try three. Man Keep Me Posted!
