I'm going to waite until tomorrow to put some more seeds in. After driving 3 hours to take my oldest kid home and visit my mom, I don't have much desire to do anything but smoke a few more bongs and go to sleep!
I do have baby pics though!!! Most of them didn't show up very clear so only 2 tonight more tomorrow!
First all 4!!!
Now the PJ!!! This was the only close up in focus. I've said it before, but.... I'm color blind what color is she? red? purple? dark green? The others are all an obvious bright green.
Now some pics of the light and frame. I still need to put the hooks up and hang it. I'm also going to build a rack to keep the pots off the ground.

I started 10 more seeds tonight. Thought I'd share some pics and a little history. I didn't use any bag seeds. Once I found another little pack of seeds that I got from the same guy my PJ and WW came from. They are again a mystery, hopefully a good one.
Here are the 5 I chose.
The other 5 are from the seeds I got from another grower. All he new is it's a long flowering sativa. He left a male go in his room so the seeds should be good.

Seeds looks nice and healthy, i have a medical collection just like, a bunch of random seeds i got from a club, but im running low, paper towel in a zip lock bad put away in the dark always does it for me, lately on this new batch i put 5 seeds ina cup of water, let sit for a day, they all sank to the bottem, then put in moist paper towel, got some good success, germinating good, just cant get em to survive this dirt adventur haha

I thought they looked good too, better than the PJ now that I look at them. I should try putting them in a bag, they dry out pretty quick sitting on the plate. I've also thought about using a glass of water, but I've had good success with this method. Maybe next time.
The dirt came easy to me, I've gardened since I was a kid. I'm worried about trying hydro..... I've thought about splitting my flower area. Doing 1/2 SOG and use the other 1/2 to flower larger plants (mainly the mothers). I've been looking into flood and drain tables, seems easy to manage. So does DWC..... That's down the road anyway, I have time to figure it out.

Nice looking seeds, good'n tiger striped and healthy.. I put a tupperware over my plates to create a humidity dome and it keeps some of the moisture in. Just lift the plate once and awhile to let some air in (same goes for using the bag method, I used to do this with success too).. I also soak my seed first until they sink as SICC said (+Rep cuzo) this helps soften the shell also. Light warrior works really well for my seedlings too, just had my second 100% germ and sprout using the above method..

I see them different from bag seeds because they are from good genetics that were intentionally pollinated. My bag seeds are from commercial weed that has unknown origins. I keep saying fellow growers but the 2 guys that gave me these seeds are my brothers. Both of them have or still do grow. If I didn't live over a hour away I would have a nice circle of growers to hang out with all the time instead of once or twice a month.
