I've written the college in BC on several occasions, one concerning mmj and another about a doctor complaint. They are arrogant assholes! I'd love to knock them down a peg or six.
me too...pointed out some really bad things & yet the Dr just said that's not how it works...?? too bad they don't look at both sides equally instead of the Dr's word carries more weight

I fired my last doctor and now I'm 'blacklisted' in town.No doctor will take me as a patient. BCCPS told me to use a walk-in clinic. I haven't paid for the mandatory medical premiums since. The next doctor that examines me will be the one signing my death certificate.

I am in an ongoing battle with them...going on 5 years now. I told them to take me to court...charging me for a service I am refused access to is not happening. Why should I subsidize other people's health care? I don't get anything except cpp, and they can't touch that. I don't make enough to pay tax, so tax returns aren't an issue.

None.
I believe they were waiting to see how Allard was going, and wanting to release before Smith starts.
They don't want to do anything, and certainly don't want to have to deal with concentrates and juice.
They have been sitting on this release for over a year.
They have been sitting on the release for a long time, but it's worth nothing that the draft was readily available in September so this isn't that new since it didn't deviate all that much from the draft.

"They"? The CPSO? And how would this policy update of theirs relate to extracts and juices?
.
I'm thinking that if the OCPAS thought the feds were going to hit a home run they would wait till after Allard was over. I think they see the writing on the wall and don't want to have to deal with what the judge might introduce in the near future so they are releasing this already outdated piece of crap now.

.
Again, how would it relate, at all? It's like saying the flowers blooming caused it to rain because they happened on the same day. What possible connection would the two (or three) issues have?

It doesn't....that's the point. They don't have to address the issue.
Do you not think that the Colleges are going to have a serious "how do we handle this?" scenario if the courts open up concentrates and juicing?
It's taken them years to come up with 3 or 4 paragraphs dealing with bud.

Hey DizzyBizzy....I know you can't stand the sight of my posts....why not just put me on ignore and ease your suffering?
Hey Leafer, I know you can't answer my simple questions. Why not put me on ignore instead of dancing around the issue like a drunken flapper?

Yes, it rained today, which is why I had to buy gasoline for my car. This also caused Tim Horten's to hire 2 new employees.
