Get a pet skunk. They are legal and much better thank cats.
They may be legal in some areas but I don't believe they are in all and in areas I know where they are legal the skunks scent/oil glands have to be removed. If that were the case it would not explain the skunk odor unless someone could claim they must be attracting other skunks.

I turned my heater on for the rest of the rooms last night as I've done at night for the last several nights... well apparently my forced air heating system forces air around from under the house and forced the smell of dank dank dank sour D over to my neighbors.
Go under your house and seal your heat-a/c ducts. If they can't leak air to force odor elsewhere there should not be a problem.

I like seal off the vents if they are low or on the floor I have used large books. I don't know about most but I have a large carbon filter can and a fan blowing into it just sitting in the room. I am sure it is not the best but it is working for now. By now I hope this is all over for you. I am new at this so forgive me if I am wrong. can you dry in your filtered room? Then have the flowers in the dark after they are dry enough to be in a jar?

You know that's what I'll probably end up doing so simple I am suprised I didn't think of it! Thanks! Because even with other filtration the issue can come back if I don't seal those vents better...

Yes the issue is no longer a problem and I know what to do for the future. I would have dried in my flower room but I do perpetual harvest SOG so need that room for the plants that will be replacing the harvests.

You should try venting to the bathroom. They usually vent to the top of the house. The odor will rise up from inside the bathroom up to the sky and from there gets dispersed into the air. Since I've doing this, my stagnant neighborhood no longer smells like there's a bud making machine nearby. Anybody need a 600cfm carbon filter for cheap?
