Sounds about right for era. I'm sure you've heard of it, it's Nirvanas spin on Jack Herer which I'm sure there are 50 different breeders all with their Jack. sensi first released it in 94 and won a cup

Yep i have heard it...jogged the memory a bit but yes.
I was 19 or 20 when my older friend introduced me to nlxhaze so yes would have been approx 92/93 ...some of the gear we smoked done with hydro was so white and almost coffee smell to it .
Well thats how i remember it anyway.Was unreal time in my life those years and the northern lights back then complimented that era so well

I remember we done nlxhaze indoor and during summer we grew some awesome thai strain which we just named red beard cos the hairs were so red ...all we knew was it was originated from asian or thai weed.
Those were some years....

Have any of you ever heard of a strain called Macado? My guy grew that in the 90s and it was killer, but havent seen or heard about it since

My parents got the seeds from somewhere in eastern Canada...i have no other info. Ive never seen it anywhere. i guess they were supposed to get something else and got that instead but it turned out to be killer... Oh well

Crossbreeds etc certainly point to that being the mikado ( micado ) that fumble was talking about...maybe it is still around then in some form.
Federation seeds to.

There's a local breeder here that has a romulan w/pink pistils that I want to try but it needs 10 weeks and I don't think it would finish on time for me outside. I don't really know anything about federation seeds.

1st dark devil sprouted up in the tent last nite .....be interesting to see in soil and handwatering schedule if this auto gets the purple look about her

Not sure yet drake i guess its a bit of trial and error.
I got 4 seeds of it so its just a play around before the season proper.Ill prob mix it up one indoor all the way maybe a part indoor and finish outside and a couple just all outdoor in a month.
Busy with some more soil turning and ammendments today got some mushroom compost and fresh soil to mix up :)

Nice that should keep you busy, sounds like your well on your way for another killer year.
I have been out bush prepping spots and digging holes ready to lug soil in, I popped the nlxbb, cc, afhhan and pineapple chunk they will be veged up for clones.

That looks good.you could always start it early and put it out early enough to flower and stay in flower.summer time buds

Awesome man i hope you find a really nice gem or two amongst them.
A few guys on here tell me the chunk is a big yielder outdoors as well while i know the nlxbb likes to grow natural in its xmas tree shape :)

The WW is pure FIRE for me and it hasnt had a cure yet.
Smooth to smoke and a nice happy relaxed feel but not a to stoned to do anything feel.Looking forward to jarring up the harvest and giving a true smoke report after a month cure.
