Crazy mutated leafs! HELP!!

I have no clue why these leafs are doing this. All the other leafs are fine but every so often on all my plants I get a crazy mutated twisted leaf. Any help would be appreciate. I am using fox farm happy frog soil I do test the ph of my water and my soil everything seems normal my water is around 6.3 ph so idk what is making it do this.

I have no clue lol it was some seeds I found in my bud so I wanted to try to start growing. I think next time I’m gonna buy some because I’ve heard strain really matters on how good it grows.
