Creating a genetics company

So couldn't figure out where to post it but as some know on here I'm starting up a genetics company. I'm trying to find info on it as far as
A. Actual business or put under agricultural consultant company
B. Trademarks or copyrights for company name I know can't do it for the strain
C. Any type of licensing I need
D. Who wants to be testers I'll have 4 new strains available in January maybe sooner for testing

Look up all the legalities on starting a vegetable seed company, then look up the legalities connected with cannabis seeds. You'll have a shitload of USDA regs, state and county agri regs, likely FDA regs, then the regs on starting any type business, then if not discouraged add in the cannabis regs.

That's the thing tho almost all of these seed companies can't legally sell seeds to the Colorado companies. All seeds have to be created in house. The seed companies I know of up here run off of donations. @bigworm6969 anyway you could point in the right direction as far as legalities and so on :)

The biggest thing you need to work on is hype the more hype the more sales. Good quality as well but we have 100's of pollen chuckers to sift through definitely not the easiest business to get into these days.

Good prices are nice too I'm not paying $100 a pack from a new pollen chucker I don't even like paying that to Serious Seeds as I get so many fucking seeds from my little pollen chucks I can't bring myself to pay for seeds that cost 50× their weight in gold.

Buddy I plan on finding as many testers as I can to make sure this goes right and not charge anything or even open up until I hear from everyone that they got atleast 2-3 keeper phenos in a 5 pack. I take it serious been studying genetics non stop anyone who'd like to be a tester can just message me on here. I know about starting hype and i think with what I got going if I continue studying I'll be able to stick with the best of them and way cheaper ;)
