Creative block, any ideas?

. I've hit a creative block and need some help! I've got two days to come up with an art work that I've got to work on for the next year and I cant think of a single thing. Im interested in... Pot (Obviously as i'm a daily smoker) and powerful messages portraying themes of peace, love, hate. As i'm doing this project to graduate from year 12 next year it's gotta be somthing good and longterm that can progress. I'm not a great drawer and have a small amount of experience in sculpture - mainly working with wax and latex. Im reaching out to you guys because I think that great minds (Stoners) think alike and i've got to find a work to do that i've got a passion for to in turn produce the best work possible. This work has to have a justifaction behind it such as what the F*** am I thinking and who am I trying to influence.
BTW any Ganja references have to be subtle- don't get me wrong I'm pretty sure my Visual arts teacher enjoys the occasional coney every once in awhile but it is school.
Please help a fellow stoner out, Im open to suggestions thanks in advance - Most of all Stay high..

Eat a healthy amount of pot and then go sit in the middle of a river or creek or hot spring for a few hours.. Im pretty sure thats how kung fu was invented watching cranes fight snakes on weed

just an example and if you ruminate on it long enough you might find a subject that will translate into a visual illusion well. personally i would do a pot plant that did weird shit while you walked by it.

i find when im trying to get past the block ....it gets worse!!.

so i stop before it gets worse....kinda like notice it coming before you get full on writers block.

it happens when i write music and i fucking cant write for money...ahhh !!!... NOTHING !!! GETTING MADDER AND MADDER !!!!............. just learn to stop.and chill and it disappears as though it was never there

Harness that energy.
If all you have to offer is writers block than you offer the best writers block you can.
Figure out a way to express your feelings about writers block.
I remember when I was a kid, I used to go to church.
There was one day when some of us were at a cabin owned by the people who ran the church.
I don't know what you would call them, I was young and quit going to church when they went away. A pastor maybe?
As far as I know a bunch of other members of the church also went with them. But they keeped talking about the stars.
I never saw them again. I don't know if they were all drinking the kool-aid that day or if they just moved together.
They were all being pretty weird that day. Someone was talking about going down the river of no return.
One of the last things I remember was some of the people in the younger group were doing art.
I was told to draw a star. So I did. I drew the only star I knew how to draw. I drew a pentagram.
I over heard a man say that I was like a square peg in a round hole, and that I couldn't go with them.
I was told I was evil and wouldn't make the journey. Someone else told me if that was the only star I know how to draw,
then I should draw the best star I can the way that I know how.
The woman who told me this was crying as she spoke to me. I don't care what you come up with,
but find something interesting about writers block. You say you do sculpture, wax and latex.
Why not make a brick wall out of wax with a guy banging his head on the wall. Then write about your feelings of writers block.
Write about what I told you. If writers block is all you have to offer, then you offer the best writers block you can.
Explain why you created this piece of art. That is the meaning of the art. Do the best you can. If it's not good enough, the rest can go to hell.
It is your teachers fault for not inspiring you. This should at least give you something to think about.
You never know when bad qualities might some day save your life.

I think this is your best bet man. Do the yopo, otherwise you may never draw again.

Literally write anything down. Keep doing that. Don't stop until the page is full. Then do that again and again.

The key is to just write SOMETHING... it's going to be crazy irrational babble if you are really blocked, and that is fine, just babble it out. No one's going to read t his, you can fucking burn it after if you want.

If you continue to do this, you present yourself with a very plain and obvious arena within which writer's block is revealed to be the phantasm that it is and you can combat it, against the "consistent background" that is created by the willingness to express without specific intention.

The nature of writer's block is of self-criticism. If you babble a bunch of crap down and just do it even though it feels wrong, that is literally the block you're fighting through. When your mind rises up and says "But this is stupid", write that down. Then write anything else. Writer more after that. Words words words. Whatever they are. Dime store hookers in a bath stall sitting idle wondering where simple suction gets it's name from.... whatever.

So just do it. Bite your lip. You see? It's you, not "the block." Who cares? No one's watching what you do. Fucking fall down. If you were a dancer, you aren't going to dance well until after you stumble through your hesitance and find sure footing. This is the same. Let yourself fail some on the way. Stop being so critical that you can't even risk seeing yourself fail. Don't be afraid to be bad... you have to be bad to get good. That is just the nature of life.

If you choose to keep doing the above exercise, it will quickly become obvious to you that you are the problem, not the block. Get out of the way and let the words through, they will organize themselves in due time.

Get yourself some Satori from Mandala Seeds. I hear a lot of reports where ppl say it is great for releasing / enhancing creativity.

At the risk of being cliche, it's the process, not the product. Just let those creative juices flow, and see where it takes you. You don't have to know ahead of time where it's going. Just commit to creating everyday. Pretty soon you will soar.
