CREE CXA 3050-powered about right???

Currently have 2 CXA3050 COBS on a pair of nice large heatsinks. Will be growing in 2' x 2' small tent.
My question is each COB is currently pulling 1.4 amps,37.8v giving consumption of 53 watts. The data sheet shows typicals of 1.4amps 38v,but can go to 42volts and 2.5 amps. Im using 2 Meanwell CEN-60-42 drivers.
In the interest of led longevity am I driving these about right?
I only ask as I'm kind of wingin the whole project as Im not skilled in electronics etc
Any experienced opinion is valued.

Here is all info. AFAIK - as you drive more LED's with less current, they are more effiecent. Like, there is HEAT and PAR [where plants grow], when you drive a led with a lot more amps, it is just more lumens and brighter, more heat, but less Photo Active Radiation.

Would I be understanding this correctly...
Im currently getting 26.5w/foot? But if I were to run another 3050 or 3070 at lower current,the set up is more efficient?
It would also benefit the spread of light/PAR?
If so,theres a little bulb flickering.....maybe Im beginning to understand the basics...although the whole efficiency thingy is still a little too much right now!

Maybe, im lazy to calculate to meters, haha... But, it won't benefit lightspread, just that light is much more efficient ;)

btw, i'm planning to make like some lamp too with 2 cxa3050 and two drivers, how to dim thosedrivers, or wich drivers are dimmable?

Some food for thought, dimmer function usually makes the driver less efficient. Of course, dimming uses less electricity overall but you will still be wasting some current as opposed to running fewer emitters without the dimmer. Plane jane driver with high efficiency and PFC will deliver the best bang for the buck.

I just want to create a solution for going into growroom, just for a while :)

Thanks dude.
I use meanwell cen-60-42 , i believe it is possible to reduce v or currents by adjusting a screw. They are not cheap though so im hoping they will run for a while!
