Just thought I'd give a second life to this post, and make some jump out of their seat ;)

... But, for real, does anyone have an idea/guesstimate of when the next step up in bin (or CXC :p ) is to occur ?

From going through old posts, I see roughly 6+ month between Z2 => Z4, Z4=>AB, and AB =>AD + CXB step up ..

Can we expect CXB3590 double Ds and CXB3070 BD's by December ? :eyesmoke:

I don't know why, I have a feeling those DD's are going to take more time

My sources over at Cree have recently told me that their peak efficiency is limited by a circular LES. They have been stuck around 60% efficiency for a while now. They recently partnered with a company called "Flesh Light" and are about to release an entirely new platform.

Its a working title, but they believe it will be called the "Cree 8=====D" The amount of " = " will indicate power output.
