With floros, heat and humidity really isn't a problem. I guess where you live also plays a part. I vegged under 2 shoplight floros, using a small DWC set-up, I transferred them to the waterfarm to flower. As you can see I have a window AC, the duct that goes into the closet is aiming at a fan that blows across the light and to my 50 cfm bath fan.
I mainly tied them down because of space, they are both Fimmed. On my next grow will be 3 Crimea Blue. They don't get that big, I was going to do a SCrog grow but I think I will just let them do their thing, no topping or Fimming and very minimal pruning.
When they were vegging in DWC I was constantly checking Ph and PPM, with the waterfarm I just have to adjust it after mixing up fresh nutes(sometimes it don't need any adjusting the nutes bring it to 5.8 PH). After that it stays put, I check it but it is always 5.6-5.8
Here are some pics of my set-up
COLD AIR COMING IN IS GOING UP TO FAN
THEN ACROSS LAMP TO EXAUST FAN & CARBON FILTER
I am able to keep the light closer to the canopy, I have the AC on during "lights on" for 55 minutes every hour. The exaust fan runs 24/7, the fan blowing across the light is on when the light comes on and then 3 times throughout the night for 5 minutes--just to keep the air circulated. It never get above 80F and 50% humidity. The exaust on the AC is closed but it puts off some heat, but it is cooling the room also. I do need to get an ocillating fan in there though!
