Crispy Buds

Some of my harvest dried too quickly and is cripsy to the touch..It's been curing in glass jars for about three weeks.

I've done some research on this and have tried putting moist bread in two jars and some orange peel in two other jars. Left then in over the weekend and will check them out tomorrow.

Anyone else try something to re-moisten over dry bud?

bread is your best but the orange will kill the taste of you buds make them really citrusy

I like to set it in a window sill on a sunny day. When the condensation collects on the glass I like to toss the bud around to redistribute the moisture.

my friend and i bought a bag of some killer weed and split it, well i left my jar open one night and it dryed the bud right out. so I added a small peice of lettus, well my friend called and said "hey gotta Macth?" so i went over there, and we have the same weed, i just rewetted mine tho, He asked me what the hell kinda nasty weed is this, as we where smoking his DANK joint.

So in my opinan rewetting your bud is only going to mess it up. but there mite be a way

iv always had good luck, with taking a fresh fan leaf or some bud thats still a bit plyable pop it in my jar.

Try this, put your dried out bud in a sealeable microwave container. Put a damp(not wet) folded up paper towel on top of the buds, seal the container then microwave 1 minute on defrost. One time should do it but if not, continue to microwave in 20 second bursts. Once you have your pot at the desired texture, reseal in an airtight container.

actually if you do this method you forgot to mention that his power setting cant be any higher than 30 mabe 40% or he will adversly affect quality

I had four jars...about 7 oz's worth of B+ grade stuff that was like I said..crispy. I put a small bit of orange peel in two of them and some moist bread (about half a slice) in the other two....Both have moistened perfectly....I'll find out the difference in taste soon, and reply. I'm not going to smoke it for at least two more weeks. Hoping the oils will take over and take out any possible nastiness.
