critique my setup please and advice on rotation

ok heres what i have

1 - secret jardin dr90
2 - secret jardin dr150
4 - magnumxxxl lightshade
4 - lumatek digital 600w ballasts
2 - hps bulbs
2 - mh bulbs
4 - flogro's
4 - airstones and pumps
2 - 8" s&p silent fans (exhaust)
2 - 4" s&p silent fans (intake)
1 - xstream propgator
1 - 4x55w cfl bulbs


the dr90 has the cfl light and the propgator and will hold a mother plant too

the dr150's will have two flogro's and two 600w lights each

this is obviously to get a decent rotation but theres some confusion between me and my mate about how a cycle would go

from propogator would be 2 in the veg for 4 weeks then into flower for 8 weeks but four weeks in put 2 cuttings in the other tent to veg and this would give a 8 week rotation ?

is there anyway to come down to monthly and obviously less yield ?

im using arjan haze no1

ill give you a little advice. use hortilux bulbs. use humboldt honey and gravity do not over water

i have already purchased all the above , including the bulbs , i forget the make of them i would have to check

yeh i will do , only have the dr90 and the xstream and its light going just now as im awaiting the magnum xxxl's being delivered and almost had a change of plan to ditch the flogro's for dwc bucket as i was told that play pebbles are a nightmare to ph balance and clean ?

any suggestions on how to get the best rotation with my setup or any tips that would apply to what im using ?
