Strain: Crystal (white widow x northern lights re back-crossed with NL)
Growth: Very vigorous
Nutes: Fox Farm: big bloom, grow big, & tiger bloom. Advance Nutes: overdrive and nirvana. beneficial bacteria and fungi, a bit of molasses for em'.
Yield: 1.5 oz per plant
Bag Appeal: Tons of trichs and looks a golden green after curing. Nice.
Smell: fruity as hell. citrus, pine, sage, sweet peeper, rotting fruit, & a touch of fuel and earth.
Taste: light, smooth, a slight pine and tangerine flavor.
The High: Clear, very cerebral, and extremely relaxing.
Comments: It's an enjoyable smoke. Great for movies, parties, creative endeavors, and communication of all sorts. very forgiving while growing. very nute sensitive.

I found 2 phenotypes, the citrus flowers that terminate in a triangle and another that is as it appears in web pages.
I did not like.

why didnt you like it?
i am curious too. grew two out and both were fruity and fairly strong. but, they did not look like the pics ive seen, they were more sativa in phenotype.
flowered for ten and 1/2 weeks. 1/3 trichs amber when cut. slow dried, then cured for 3 months.

Im going into 10 weeks with my 4 crystal ladies.. 2 are sativa phenos, the oother 2 are more indica (a bit shorter).... Im going to finish them next week.... I vegged them 5 weeks, 5 gallon pots, topped.. Each ladie has 2 to 3 main colas over a foot long and as big around as a soda bottle... they were vegged and flowered under 1000 watts of mh and hps (600 and 400 watts)... Im guessing Ill get between 3/4 to 1 lb off of them. There roughly 6' tall.... I had to tie 3 of them up and stake them, they got so dam big they toppled over...lol...They are covered in trichs, looks like somebody dumped a bag of suger on them.... And the smell is amazing, fruity with keroseen undertones.. I've been dying to take a sample but figure Ill wait it out... Even the smaller branches hold 1/4 to half oz's of bud... I know nirvana is known to have unstable genetics, but you get what you pay for, and I dont mind having 2 differant phenos anyway, best of both worlds...lol.... Im really impressded with this nirvana strain... It seems it's one of nirvanas least known strains that doesn't get enough credit.... I havn't even smoked crystal yet but going by looks and smell, Im definately going to have her as a guest again :)

I'll also throw in that these are probably one of the stickiest budded strains I've ever had the pleasure of handling...My god,and the smell is so pungent it's nearly impossible to cover up after touching...I've washed my hands with dish soap, then reapeated with hand soap, then applied the wifes smelly lotion and can still smell it....lol.....
