ct has caregiver option

hold on I'm from CT and that is the first time that i hear about this , supposedly it's only 10 growers at any given time in the state and u have to have like load of cash as a back up or something .... did they change that????? if yest that would be awesome)))

it looks they going to have caregivers in ct . its going to be 10 centers
