Culturing liquid bacteria

Hey if you have some liquid bacteria like mammoth, could a guy get some agar or sommeting and stretch ur bottle? Why wouldnt it "breed" more if you did something like that? One would have to expirement with dosage but i dont think exacrs are necessary with something like bacter... thoughts?

Mammoth goes a pretty long way especially if you do one week mammoth and the next great white an just keep alternating
